The 27th BPAA All-Star Tournament was held at Garden City Bowl in Garden City (NY) May 18-25,1968, with fields of 288 men and 144 women.  The format was the same as the previous All-Star, except that there was no TV roll-off. The winners were recognized as the national match-game champions.

The twenty-sixth BPAA All-Star Tournament was held at Skylark Lanes in St. Ann (MO) May 20-28, 1967, with fields of 288 men and 144 women.  The format was similar to the previous All-Star, except that both men’s and women’s finals were each limited to 12 bowlers.  At the conclusion of the finals, the top two men and the top two women advanced to their respective TV roll-offs — three games, total pins for the championship. Winners Les Schissler and Gloria Bouvia were recognized as the national match-game champions.
