All-Star Tournament, 1945-46

The fifth BPAA All-Star Tournament was staged at the Chicago Servicemen’s Center (Auditorium Building) December 1-9, 1945, with a field of 144 men.  The winner of the event became the national match-game champion for one year.

All-Star Tournament, 1944-45

The fourth BPAA All-Star Tournament was staged at the Chicago Servicemen’s Center (Auditorium Building) December 2-10, 1944, with a field of 125 men.  The winner of the event became the national match-game champion for one year.  No more challenge matches were permitted.
