    My father, Harry Angel, was the youngest bowler to roll a 300 game in Chicago, He was on the 1940’s ABC championship team. I was proud to give his Hall of Fame speech. Judy Marks

      I’m glad to hear from you. That 1940 Team championship has an interesting story that many people don’t know. Harry Angel wasn’t scheduled to bowl with the Monarch Beer team. But one of the bowlers—Jake Lenzen—had to drop our after only three frames with an injury. Then your Dad stepped in and did his part, and the Monarchs went on to win the eagles.
