I work there from 1960-1964 hasn’t changed much. It’s hey day was 1958-1980’s. Had the best Friday Night Men’s Sweeper in Chicago and everyone who was a Great Bowler came including some Semi- Pro and future Pro Bowlers. Bowling pot games would last until the early Saturday morning some nights. It was alot of fun for a teenager growing up and we got to travel and see alot of the Best Bowlers in Illinois. Wish we had something like this for kids today!

I wonder if anyone has information or memories of a nearby alley called Lorimer’s Bowling Alley in nearby Oak Park at North Blvd and Marion Ct.

Steve, My late brother and his friend work as pin setters in 1955-1957. They changed four lanes to Duck pin bowling in the early 60’s. Was a very popular pool hall with many good players. When I worked at Circle Bowl we used to go there to play pool and take the girls for duck pin bowling.
