I remember Morris. Worked at his bowling alley in Albany for awhile. He was always drilling a new ball with an idea he came up with. He was a genius at drilling balls. He actually sold me a fingertip bowl he had shot a 300 with for $5.00. I think I was 15 yrs at that time. Pretty sure it was 1955 and he was drilling fingertips and semi-fingertips before anybody else.
One of my teammates had a semi-fingertip with a lift in the finger holes that Morris was experimenting with.
My last memory of him was when he won a big Tournament. Pretty sure it was the Empire State Open probably in 1956.
