Originally known as Roberts Bowling Alley, then Cave and finally Freeman. This was home for me and my brother. If you could play here, you could play anywhere!!!

This is one place I really miss..I started bowling there when it was Freeman lanes and then it was later changed to Patton. As a junior bowler we were able to win a state and a regional team championship..Thanks for posting this place up..it brings back alot of memories

My grand-dad used to live in Woodlawn. He said that the whole area around 63rd and South Park (now King Drive) used to be an amusement park called White City, that closed around 1939.

I spent many Friday nights in our league during the 1980’s. I really missed it when it was no longer used for bowling.
